I cheer every time they age up, and Christmases. I only get my tamagotchis as Christmas presents. And isn't it an accomplishment to see your little tama grow a year older? ^_^

Physical tamagotchis are just... the experience. It feels like a baby in your hands, and an app on your device can never substitute for that. :D I tried an app, and it was boring compared to my already feature-limited Tama-go. -_-

Tama's are geared for infrared phones, so they work better with ir phones, but irDa USB's work too. Personally, I have no experience with this stuff. :huh:

I do sort of the same thing, except when I have to go to school. I make sure my tama-go is silent, but I also change the time so that it is sleeping while I'm at school. :P

Congratulations! I always wanted a color tamagotchi. But if you want to know, the English patch will only work if your phone does infrared.
