That is very unfortunate. This would be because you have alot of items stored that when you reset your tamagotchi it simply can't download the full memory agian, so it replaces the item's with something simple like the ball and loses a few items. Thank-you both for making people aware of this.

Have you tried all connecting at different times. It COULD be that everyone is pushing b at exactly the same time that it doesn't register the connection or something, that's my best bet anyway. Remember you have to push b agian after it say's standby on the screen.

I think the apple character is a healthy teen to have, I mean it would be kind of ironic if an apple was an unhealthy character ^.^ But young mimitchi is the highest of the healthyest characters to have. I'm not sure of the colours but good luck and I hope this helps!

GeO1422 you're correct but there's no need to be rude about it. The tamagotchi mini was designed for younger kids to experience taking care of a pet. It's easy and simple for them where as a Tamagotchi connection might be too hard for them to raise because it's more complicated than the Mini!
