I'm pretty sure they mean that A is for one gender & B is for the other. Ex.- B could be for boy &A could be for girl.

I'm in my 8th generation and for the past 5, I've only gotten girls. Is there a reason for it? Does it depend on how I take care of the adult, or is it just sexist?

It should come a lot more than once. Even if you pause it I believe.

I was just wondering, does anyone know if the matchmaker comes more than once? It came to me today and I clicked "No" to the tama it matched for me. Will it come again with another one?

Yes, they're out. I got mine at goodwill surprisingly. I guess it just depends on your town/state or something of the sort. Just keep your eyes open.

I luckily found mine at a goodwill store. It was very unusual, but I didn't complain. I guess you just have to keep your eyes open. ^_^
