How can you get a Kuchipatchi on a V4? :D

Does anyone have the codes to get into the v4 tamatown? All the toy stores are sold out of V4s. :( I just want to see what it is like... :)

:wacko: When I go on to tamatown, even if I type in my username the same, it always says welcome and gives me the password for the passport!! Does this happen 4 you too?? :o I don't think it's a very good design... :wacko:
