I can't seem to find a way of opening the back of my Morino Tamagotchi to get the batteries out. The screw are too small! Do any of you have some kind of trick to get them open? And while we're on that topic, what kind of batteries do Morinos take? Thanks!

When you reset after you put a new battery in, you have the option of either hitting "Reset" which makes you start the game from the beginning, or "Download" which starts your Tama back up from the last big event. A big event would be something like your Tama changing, connecting, or waking up.
