I'm *really* surprised that there's an entire forum dedicated to these guys. I thought no one remembered them! 
Blinkies is one of those odd toys from my childhood that I remember seeing but never got one. Once rediscovering them again I found that there's very little information about them online. So does anyone here have one and would you recommend them? They're going for fairly cheap prices on ebay, but if they're not very good I'm going to pass on buying one.
