I don’t understand this

Today my tama made the sound they make when they die but then the screen had a very strange picture- it looked like a battery broken in half. I am very confused and am asking for help from y’all

It's probably that it needs a battery change/recharge.

Here on this link, it shows some screens for low battery. If it looks like these, you will need to change batteries.
