My TinyTan Tamagotchi has lines on the screen..

So basically i got new batteries from a store for my tamagotchi and i started to panic when my red tama wasnt turning on but my purple one was completely fine. I let it rest for a bit amd it turned on but it went back to the two black lines back on the screen. Until now, it isnt turning on and this has been going on since yesterday. Someone please help me

Have you changed the battery? Maybe the LCD screen is not pressed on correctly.

I have a similar issue with my Apollo Super Pet, changing batteries didn’t help
