It's the same as the regular Pix, but Awamokotchi and Weeptchi have been swapped out for Milktchi and Wawatchi respectively.

The Child you get depends on the amount of Happy Points (HP) the baby has before growing up. (Each bar you see on the stats menu is about 5 points each, with the first bar appearing with 1 point and the maximum amount of points before Adult Stage being 30) Conditions for obtaining a teen depends...
Here's the information I use on characters. Like Bee said, the two have been swapped out, so make sure you are careful of those, as this lists them for the classic Pix with the two swapped ones as a note at the bottom.
