You have pulled the red plastic arrow haven't you? If you have - did you drop it? Open the back and check if there's a battery.

P.S: New tama? I recommend keeping the packaging safe just incase you want to sell it. But if you don't have the packaging then that's OK - enjoy your V6!

 
Well, have you opened it up? Check for any odd things or something on the circuit board or some place.

I mostly don't do Tama surgery.

Found sone rust on the circuit board D:

@Tamatown - I got it used off of ebay 3 days ago!!!

 
My dad just cleaned it with those things, I'll trybit out tonight.

 
Scrape the rust off gently. Q.tip or toothpick. Make sure the lighter green is all visible. Those are important. Check for white stuff too...

 
Well when I got my V5 I would not turn on.... I put new batterys in it and it worked just fine! How about you try that and see if it works out for you. :)

 
A Used Tama off Ebay? If these suggestions don't work - then I think you should send a complaint.
