Tamagotchi Friends - Naming?

I'm curious whether you can name the tamagotchi in the friends version. My first one just hatched and I wasn't presented with an option to name him. He looks like a cloud by the way, hehe...

Unfortunately, the Tamagotchi Friends doesn't have a naming option on the device itself.

With that being said, this doesn't mean you aren't allowed to name him at all! If you still want to give your newly-hatched Tamagotchi a name, then go for it! Although his name won't appear on the screen, you can still call him whatever you like.

Wish I knew that before, lol. Ah well, it's still fun and I like it. Just not to keen on the high edges. Hard to get enough light on the screen. I'll get a V4 or a dino later on with naming options :3

I like to call them a name, just because calling it a name helps a bond form.
