What is going on with my sisters tamagotchi?

Hello. It has been a while since I have used this website. Lol.
But I just woke up to my sister's tamagotchi beeping non stop.
It was beeping, like when you play a game with it, but it wouldn't stop. It looked like an explosion, or a big X on the screen. Please help.
She reseted her tama, so I would be able to do anything now, besides wait to see for it to happen again, but I would appreciate help. Ty!

the symbol on the screen means that the battery in the tamagotchi ran out! the way to fix it is just to get a new battery for it! : D
