All these collections are so nice! I have a very small collection of only about 4 because I lost the ones I played with as a kid haha! When I get around to buying a pix ill upload my smol collection haha.

And yasss the Ikea glass cases! I use them for my anime figure collection haha!

While I feel like my collection still has a far way to go, I also feel like it's grown quite a bit since I started browsing these forums, and seems quite sizeable! I think back then I just had 4 Tamas!

The seller for the yellow Angel didn't have the original box so she gave me a P2 box instead That's why I have 2 P2 boxes but only 1 EN P2.

Ahhh I love seeing the collections. I only have 3 now xD (an IDLE, a P's and a ON), I sold 3 recently but I also ordered more, they will take time to arrive though (Meets Sweets, a Fairy Fee ON, another P's and the NiziU Smart). I had an original english gen 1 tama but I have no idea where I put it. Nowadays I only bother getting color tamas though. When they all arrive I'll take a photo.

I had a couple of VPets during my life. My first one was a Virtual Footix but as a small wee lad I never really grasped how to use it. Fast foward a couple of years and I got a Digivice D3 from the 2000s and again I didn't really know how to use it back then (had no idea you shaked it).
I lost both while moving out to different homes and I kinda miss both inmensely.

Then the Tamagotchi Connection V1 came out and luckily I've managed to still keep it today and still use it.

Now that I'm on a Tamagotchi frenzy (thank you ADHD) in December I got a Digimon 20th, Digimon X1 and X2 and loving them so far (I feel less bad about the Digivice now that I know you have LESS things to do with it compared to the normal Digimon Vpets) and just yesterday my Tamagotchi ID L arrived. Now that I finally have a color tama I think I'm fine with Vpets for the moment.

Heh it's fine. I wouldn't call myself a longtime collector, I've just had the Connection V1 and recently got into V Pets again purchasing a lot disregarding my wallet I'd blame my ADHD giving me sudden obsessions but this time it's gonna stay, I'm enjoying tamas a lot more than I did with the V1 back in the time.
I'm sure Yumi didn't mean it in a rude way.

Look again. The post that was quoted wasn't yours - it was that of a long-time collector who posted pictures of a collection dating back to 1997.

I'm sure Yumi didn't mean it in a rude way.

I should hope not, but that's all the more reason to learn good netiquette before the mere appearance of being rude, even if it wasn't intentional, gets one into trouble.

From my first Virtual Pet recent VPet addition

First is my Tamagotchi On, I originally had a p1 and p2 but they both stopped working. (Had a Tongaritchi and Ginjirotchi)
Then came my new P2, then my Pix, then my Giga pet, Then my first tamagotchi from Japan which was the smart, then my Newer p1. And lastly, my hello kitty and Digimon

I just started collecting! I'm missing my third tamago since it's at home rn, it's a green wave one. The tamagos are the ones from my childhood, and the pix, P1 rerelease, and V3 I've gotten within the past 6 months of indulging my childhood obsession of wanting even more tamagotchis

I own a decent little handful of tamas myself, from my off and on collecting since about 2005! I kind of now regret trading a few of the connections I had, as I had more back in the day, but oh well. >w>;; Guess I have to buy a few more, when I can.
I have a few more tamas coming in the mail as well, so expect an update when they all get here!! For now, this is all I have, which I'm pretty happy with:
