Because I watched this video about the Dinkie Dino, and it seemed cute. And i'm wondering if I should get one from eBay. If so, then tell me what faults it can have so I can keep those as warnings. Like fast battery drain, button faults, etc. etc., you know what I am saying, but...I just need to make a decision.

As far as physical faults they can have a tendency to reset sometimes but other than that...Dinkie Dinos were one of the studier virtual pets out there during the time of the original release of Tamagotchis. Keep in mind that it is a virtual pet and not a Tamagotchi so don't expect it to meet expectations you set for a Tamagotchi product. :)

I have one I might be willing to sell if you're interested.

no thanks, WhiteClaw. but thanks for the offer though! I'll get one from eBay, and I knew that it's a "cousin" of the Tamagotchi, and that it is a vintage type. Well, I'll get a white-shelled Dinkie Dino, and it's $30. That I can live with. and yeah, maybe it can have tendencies to reset, so i'll keep watch.

yes lots of fake dinkie dinos, please beware !!! They even sell a lot of broken ones, be careful !!!

Yeah that is a pretty hefty price for a used Dinkie Dino in that condition. I wouldn't even sell my new one for that price.

What?! There's a brand-new Dinkie Dino on the UK ebay for £1.99, or about $3!!! I wouldn't spend more than a fiver for a VP that wasn't a tamagotchi....!
You must be looking at a fake. Dinkie Dinos new generally run for $35-$40 and it is perfectly reasonable to buy one for that price. Used anywhere from $25-$30 depending on condition.

Agree to all the above :) that one is expensive for a used like that.

Also one thing they also often have is faded pixels, bought a few over time and most had that...

But they are very fun in general, one of the few odd-pets I do enjoy.

Holy poop guise, They used to dell these Dinkies at my neighborhood dollar store! (well, $5 store, Its called 5 below) I didnt know they were this valuable.. shouldve gotten one when I had the chance.

I know, but at least I have a vintage virtual pet.
Here is an Ebay link of where I bought mine, it's the white one you like, new in package and cheaper!

If you really want to go over Ebay I'd go for that one.

They are a bit hidden when you search for them because they typed "rakurakudinokun" without a space in between.
