Just a repost for the people making sprites, I currently really can't right know, because I have end of term assessments and all. Anyway, I think we should also add Orenetchi and Neenetchi xP

I made Miraitchi and Clulutchi sprites (only the idle for now)

EDIT: Also a not-that-good Candy Pakupaku sprite

Can you add some more colors to the pallet? Well, as you can see, the pink isn't light enough for Candy...

When you start, there will be an unfinished intro XD It won't last long. You will then get a message saying you can only sample the game if you're on TamaTalk.com Click "OK". There will be a small black screen with a random message. RIGHT CLICK in the TOP LEFT corner to access the game.

For some characters, you must click on them to start the game. For other characters, you must walk up to them and click on the speech bubble that appears.

What you can do:

  • Guruguru Town - You can play with Kuishinbotchi, Shimashimatchi, Makiko, and Memetchi. Two of the bulidings can be entered.
  • Flower Hills - You can play with Rosutchi (GAME IMPOSSIBLE TO WIN! Still being programmed) and Kizatchi (very lame game, needs improving) None of the buildings can be entered.
  • Melody Land - You can play with Pianitchi. None of the bulidings can be entered.
  • Vintage Vill - You can play with Kusatchi (MESSED UP GAME, still being programmed) and Pipotchi. Two of the bulidings can be entered.
  • Candy Land - You can play with Ichigotchi. Two of the bulidings can be entered. You can have a little preview of Perotchi's game but it's not playable (try clicking on some of the cupcake decorations to lose) and it has Kuishinbotchi's speech,oops XD
That's all~ I really need more building interiors and exteriors. I'll make some when I'm not lazy.

In the finished game, you will have to unlock the locations gradually with Tama Friends Points of course.

You can also try walking up to objects; sometimes Mametchi will talk

I'm in the middle of improving the format, and that's why some speech looks different from others.

I really apologize for abandoning this project for so long! I'll finish it even if it takes 1,000 years! XD

EDIT: I wanted to add, this is in the middle of being programmed so its VERY VERY glitchy! I'll fix up the random mistakes later, after the important coding has been done. Oh, and Mametchi gets a bored look on his face if you don't touch any keys for long XD

I tried it out, and I can see that it's changed. I like it so far, I can't wait for it to be done!

I can see how there's not many background characters in some towns, would you like us to make some to make some of the towns seem more alive? (seriously I love making sprites XD)

EDIT: Does anyone know a good site to upload sprite sheets? The one I use takes the pics down after 90 days (as you can see in the previous ones I uploaded)

Use tinypic.com :)

Lots of background characters have been made already but I was just too lazy to put them in the game XD You can make more if you like :) You can just make any characters you feel like and I'll fit them in somehow :D

It's been awhile since i looked here. Seems like you've made splendid progress with it! :D

I'm downloading the EXE now. Time to test :3

EDIT: It looks to be working greatly :)

The object collisions need some adjusting so you don't get stopped by nothing sometimes, but hey, it's in early development. :D

The music sounds awesome! It seems to really set the mood for the game :)

As a suggestion, you should have something that tells you you're controls. It was a little tricky until i found out the keyboard configuration.

This could maybe be put with a button on the main menu, or be in the same place as the text in "About".

Also, didn't you have the full version of Gamemaker?

I thought i supplied you with that :p

Need any help? Maybe I can try it out and see if I can make any sprites. Which ones do you want me to do? Also, I may need the template for the animations (Idle, Win, Lose, etc.)

 
Will edit and post some sprites later after around umm... 8 hours? I need some sleep but once I wake up, Imma post all my sprites ^_^
