I'm thinking of getting a Meets, but just had two questions: 1) Is there a matchmaker? I know the Mix didn't have a matchmaker, which always disappointed me. 2) Is it possible to now skip the "play" animations when your Tamagotchi visits another one via the different locations? Thank you!

^ I second what Bunbutchi said. At this point, taking it apart and cleaning the contacts gently is probably your best option. If that doesn't work, then unfortunately, I don't think there's much else to be done. :( But I hope it works for you!
