I used to take my tamatown tama-go to the grocery stores in my pocket, despite it being chubby aha :P The reason being, well it was my first tama!

The Tamagotchi On is actually an english remake of the Tamagotchi Meets (which is Japanese). The biggest difference would be the genetic mixing aspect of the on/meets when compared to the P's  :)

Is there any information regarding whether these will be able to connect to japanese tamagotchis? Like, my mix for example or a japanese meets?

Ah I see, I'm not really familiar with the IR system. I guess theres no point in getting one for cheap then right? I don't plan on investing more than what the used tamagotchi itself costs.
