Unfortunately that sounds like a programming issue if the time screen is getting stuck. I would say buy a new one. :wub:

Just press "B" repeatedly. The bar doesn't dictate a win or loss so success is kind of random... :P

I wouldn't say it's particularly strange. Since all the characters you get depend on how well you take care of it.... I would suggest that when you get Puchitchi or Shiropuchitchi you take excellent care of it until it's teen years. If that doesn't break the Nikatchi spell.... I'll be at a loss...

You really can't force your tama to play a game if it doesn't want to. I've heard some people claim that if you give it a timeout it will listen to you, but I've never found this to work- plus you'll make it even more unhappy. So I don't recommend that. What I always do give it a snack and then...
