Both tamas have to be adults. One needs to be a boy, and one a girl. Then you use LOVE potion. After that, the tamas have to connect a lot o times. Then they get a baby.

Well first you have to have a boy and a girl. Then when they're adults keep connecting them until they have 4 hearts. Then when they're 4 they should get married to each other. Also you can just use a love potion if you have one to make them fall in love fast. Hope this helps
