4u can't connect with rola card

Hi i just have troubles with my 4u , my rola card arrived today , so i want connect it but appears a blue symbol and it say something like "communication error" i put the 4u on card center , so somebody have a clue on this? or 4u is broke ?

Double check the menu translations, as there are a few different connection options, and only one works for touch spots

Did you buy the card new or used? The card can only register two 4U devices.
