A Question Regarding The Tamagothi Game Boy Game

Hello, fellow Tama-Freak here. I was just wondering if you can get Bill from Maskchi, or Zachi from Zuccitchi in the first Game Boy Tamagotchi game? I found a character chart on GameFaqs, but the chart was lacking these two characters, but I don't see why they wouldn't be in this game. Also, if Bill is in this game, in the Japanese version is it Oyajitchi instead of Bill, like the old Tamas?
