I am on ACWW now and ive just talked to Truffles the pig, I saw these black dots coming off her. are they Fleas??

Ive tried to catch one of the black dots with my net but It just talks to her when I press A. What are these?

They are fleas. you have to press yourself on the touchscreen to prevent from talking.
