Age Problems!

Hi again! I bought TONS of stuff for my teenage boy. and i dont know how old he has to be in order to, wear shoes, wear a shirt, play with his MP3 player thing, use the weights, and play with this wierd shaped thing that says !!. If someone knows please tell me! oh and the trumpet n rc cars!
