i think it depeans on how much you care for it and if you have v4 also how much _______(Intelligent, Artist, Social Points) you have....

Your tamagotchi cshould become an adult t th age of 4-5.

Or, possibly 3.

All of the Tamagotchi I have evolved at the age of 3.

V4.5 usually evolve around 4.

From my experience, usually at around 3-5 years of age.
