Always sad?!?!?

Im so confused... i just got a new tamagotchi and it is always depressed! it wont play games! Please help me understand...

It needs to be heavier. Try feeding it meals first to see if it will eat anymore. Try a couple of snacks- not too many- then it will play a game.

Yeah, feed it snacks. You see, when you play games, your tamagotchi loses weight. There is certain weight that is healthy.

spudilike is right. Feed it two or three snacks. Before it can play a game, it has to be 3 lbs. over the minimum weight.

Baby or toddler 7 pounds

Teen 17 pounds

My adult is usually around 30 pounds, unless I feed him mass amounts of treats... will this make him less healthy or prone to getting sick, or just that he won't want to play games?

No, he'll want to play games, but he'd be overwieght and lose games to other tamas.

Try praising your tama or giving it a snack. Playing games is the big seller. Sometimes your tama may look sad but they're not. If the happy meter says they are happy then they are. Doesn't matter if it looks sad.
