If anyone speaks french, can you please tell me how to pronounce:

nouilles instantanees
oublie
"un menu peu sain et tres gras mais"
These words and phrase are for my french speech in a speech competition on saturday and something that they look out for is how people pronounce words so I want to make sure I pronounce things properly. Two years ago, I entered the same comp and came tenth. One year ago I was going to enter it but my teacher didn't have everything ready for it so I didn't get to enter. This year I'm aiming to get OVER tenth. ^_^
