My tama is doing something really really weird... there's that mad sign above their heads... (i have familitchi) and the buttons won't respond when I push buttons to help them. what do I do, and what's going on? respond... before it's too late!

click the reset button, then click download and they'll be as good as new

No, they aren't dieing. In V5 they run away instead, but it's the same result.
