try taking a screenshot of it, and then uploading it.
(taking a pic should be control+shift+4 or something like that. On a mac it's *apple*+shift+4. then you get a cross-hare. click from one corner to the one opposite, and there's your pic!)

Some keyboards have a key for taking screenshots. It looks like this on mine:

well go to avatars on your control panel and then upload it from your files(if u use windows, left click on the mouse and select save picture as and if imac, apple shift four.) It must be any file that it lists there. And it must be 100X100 or smaller to be used.
