Some souvoniers do disappear- you just have to go to tamatown and het them back.

TamaTown tries their best to make the games on Tamatown to get the souveneirs as easy as they can, because some Tama owners are about 6 years old or something like that. But sometimes theres a bug on tamatown for me, like this one, too

The same for my V4. It is not a glitch, it is just the way things work. The only ones you get to keep are posters and items from plane trips. I mean, would you really want your parents graduation cap? Or colouring book? (These are V4 sovineres.) I didn't think so.

It is regular to lose some souviners it says someware that the adut takes some souveneirs
