"Bad Care" Toddler on the iD L?

So, I finally started up my iD L since school has been done for a while (I'd been waiting for so long it was killing me XD). I got a girl character that turned into a Rolutchi....which is a bad care toddler according to some!

I'm confused, since I never let that thing out of my sight The hunger meter and friendship level bar were always topped up....I gave her baths, played games, took her to the park....is there something else you need to do to take "good care" on the iD L? I'd love to know before I end up with the worst care adult you can get XD

Toddlers are random care; you will get any toddler character regardless of what you do.
