Band Manager!

I've tried everyday for my Mimitchi and my Mametchi and he won't come!!! I tried 4:30 pm 12:30pm and every other time ending with :00 or :30.... The Band manager won't come!! They are 8 yrs old and my Mametchi is 9 yrs old.. please help I even tried having them get married but Now since I've gotten the hearts on the friendship level when ever I try to COnnect them it says *Fail* everytime.. Please what is going on?

When my Kuchipatchi turned 7, i set it to 4:29 pm and waited a min. to 4:30 and then the door icon highlighted and then he gave me Sebiretchi.

Sometimes, it just doesn't work. It is a glitch. Mine did that too, but it worked again soon. Also, if you set the time a lot, it will take longer and sometimes not until he/she is an oldie/senior!!!!!!
