I see that people contact bandai america,europe,etc.

Can anyone tell me how they do that?

I did 1 hour of research on the internet and nothing.

I say zero info.Can someone help?

Wow. 1 hour?? It's simple really. Google "Bandai," (or any search engine for that matter) click on the very first link (it should link to the official website), look at the top where it says "Customer Support (websites almost always have some sort of contact information in a place easy to find), roll over it, a drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Contact Us" and voila! Everything is there. I don't know what you did, but all you need is a search engine. :furawatchi:
