Battery?

heya.

i was just wondering how long does the battery usually last on these things?

and when it does run out and i have to change it does that mean i'm going to lose my lil guy??

Well, I had a version 1 and the battery lasted over a year.

When the battery runs out yes you do need to replace, and I am pretty sure that you have to reset the tamagotchi...Hope I helped!!

They usually last about 5 Tama generations. When the battery dies, just put the new one in, press the reset button, and select "Download". Voila! You have your old Tamagotchi back.
