Bento Box...?

So I was browsing ebay for something new, and I came across this:

Has anyone else ever seen that before? I kind of want it... it's so cute and I love the stand it comes with, not to mention that adorable box...

Oh, Michi-chan! That's not a bento box, that's a collecter's version Entama. It celebrates 10 yerars of Tamagotchi. I suppose you could use it as a bento box, though! How cute would that be?! I can just imagine it! (and an Entama... I'm drooling )

Bento Boxes are Japanese Lunch boxes. If you do a google image search you will find some pretty cool looking ones.

Even though it looks like a Bento Box, actually "Tamatebako" roughly translated means "Precious Box", not "Lunch Box",the rough translation for "Bento Box".

Though as Kuchipatchi Love says, you could use it as a Bento Box. That would be so cute!

But, actually that is the special 10th Anniversary Tamagotchi. To honor our little friend, Bandai sold 3 kinds of limited versions of the Tamagotchi in a special box; “tamatebako box”

It was available in Black,Red or Blue.
