What are your thoughts about the talk of boycotting the 2008 Beijing Summer Olympics?
I think that if you REALLY want to make a statement, then boycott the country altogether. Canada and the USA get almost all of their products from China, so it's pretty pointless to boycott something like the olympics when your country is still supporting it's economics substantially.
Sure, their is all of that talk about how they don't support human rights and all that jazz, but I don't think boycotting the Olympics will do much.
(btw, if anyone here is from China, I mean absolutely no offence!)
