broke v4.5?

is there a way to get another v4.5 by sending in your broken one? i just broke it and i got it in late january. help!

First things first, check the instructions. If your v4.5 was broken in any of the ways that it says NOT to do in the instructions, then it's more than likely that you won't be able to get a new one by trading yours in.

If it was broken in a DIFFERENT way, then you can contact Bandai via E-mail through HERE.

To clear it up, if any of the games or maybe icons do not work, well, too bad. Sorry. If it was broken like antenna broken, or buttons, well, you can try!

I therw away my instructions so doe losing a button count? it went wacko and froze and the A button takes mr to the Sound screen! the egg wont even hatch! and i lost the naill so you can see the battery!

i broke my v2 the middle button came out and i uased a pencil to press the the button but then it didnt work so i threw it away
