What i would do is look at this and try to take it appart like Binary did and carfully try to rearrange the screen. Hope this helped

This has happened to me before, the safest thing you should do is simply buy another Tama Go,(The answer listed above will only help if your super super careful)

email bandai and they will give you an address to send it to and then you mail it to them and they will send you a new one or fix it and send it back.
