Well,can you? I had gum earlier this week and I blew like,2 bubbles and that was it. So I kinda can. Not always,but I still can. (I'm not even supposed to have gum in the first place!)

I used to be able to do it with no problem.

I got my tongue pierced and had a few issues doing it, but now I can do it again, just not as well as before.
