The only known way to get it is to debug your V2.

You mean V3.

But if you DON'T want to debug your V3 you should be on... 2nd generation, even generations like 2, 4, 6...

Then, have a Hinatchi as a teen, have full training, keep it's hungry and happy at 2, and you should get it!! I have a Bunbuntchi right now.
