on my v4.5 i have a butterflytchi or at least i think thats the name is that character rare

Is the "Butterflytchi" a boy or a girl? If it is a girl, it could be Ura Memetchi or Ura Violetchi. For the boys, it could be Celebtchi.

Edit-Here's the Tama Zone chart for the V4.5. Notice there is no Butterflytchi there. Tell us if it is a character in there. They have names below each character, so tell us the name that matches the looks to your "Butterflytchi"

it is the ura violetchi just clearing things up. but is it rare?

Not really rare, but it is a good achievement to get ura violetchi!
