Can my v5 marry my celebrity?

So far my v5 is a 2nd generation mametchi (boy) and a teen chamamecthi (girl).And my celebrity is a Hotteatchi (girl,middle) Kutchipatchi(boy,sides) and a Chantotchi(girl,sides). v5 is 100% bonding and celebrity is 70%.I have no idea and want to know/curios.
