Can someone help me please?

Hi, my Sansa Mp3 player is not doing me any good right now! I wanted to download a video to it, as well as some music, so of course I hooked it up to the computer in the USB slot and everything. But usually when I hook it up it comes up with a message on my computer screen saying "what would you like Sansa Mp3 player to do?". Now, all it does is make 3 really fast low beeps and it doesn't even recognize my mp3 player anymore! Can someone please help me?
