Can V2 & V3 be married?

My V2 is a boy and my V3 is a girl. Their both the same age and they are teens and right now they are good friends. But I was planning for them to get married and I was wondering can they?

I don't think they can marry, but they can have baby tamas. But that would be neat for bandai to put in...little tamas in a wedding dress and tuxedo.
