I've not seen any cheats or codes for getting V4 travel tickets - but there is a "cheat" for getting lots of gotchi points so you can afford the tickets if they come up for sale in your shop

Either way, it doesn't really matter because the V4 tamatown Travel Agency isn't open yet - so even if you have tickets in your ITEM list, you can't use them on tamatown yet.
