Capoeira

Well, Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art/music (I think, I know it's a Marital Art, though...). I was thinking of taking Capoeira classes, but I was wondering if anyone on TT knew what it was/takes it/knows it. I really like the music.

Sample 3 is really good. I sang the song in Sample 4 for a school Capoeira thing once. It was SOO cool!

So anyone take Capoeira here have any suggestions? Thanks!

I take martial arts [Kuk Sool Won] and it is ALOT of work.

They make it look so easy but it really is difficult and takes hard work.

Now, my martial art is more defensive/offensive, protection sort of arts, but they are all fairly similair in the work that goes into it.

If you want to get anywhere you have to stay in it.

I know from my experiences that even if you want to quit you just have to 'keep on keep'n on'.

Sure, it's tough but the rewards are VERY benificial! ^^

My mom won't let me take it YET... Until we get some school stuff sorted. Then we might talk about it. But it looks like so much fun! I can't wait until I can ((MAYBE)) take classes!
