Spa Time is a game at TamaExpo, the "TamaTown" web site for the V5.
The Cruise Ship is a place you can visit (similar to how you visit the pavilions.) When it's in port, it parks right behind the language-selection menu. (You'll see it as soon as you finish selecting your language, when you first enter the TamaExpo site.)
