I'M ON MY SECOND GENERATION (BAD SPELLING) AND I GOT A PARENT CELL PHONE NUMBER. I DONT GET IT. ITS ALL CIRCLES AND HALF CIRCLES.

You have to type out the number in signs. The circle means button B. The semicircle like a C is the A button, and the semicircle like a backwards C is button C.
