I found this nugget of information 10 minutes ago. I's to change the skin (design) of tamatalk. Here's how to do it.

--Settings (on the top)

--Change tamatalk skin

The choices are:

Orange Burst

Red and yellow arrows

Metalic blue (default)

Green Camo
