Claiming souvenirs

Can anyone tell me how to claim your souvenirs on V4 from the tickets you buy? I have one of each ticket but they go on holiday and nothing happens. Is something meant to happen?

I'm not sure (only had my V4 for a couple of days now), but I think to get the souvenirs for your travels, you might have to go to the tama town website and finish up at the travel agency.

To get the soviener, you need to go to TamaTown.com, then login. After that, go to the travel center.

I was confused with that too. I discovered that after it takes off, you have to press A, and you see it in wherever it went. When it flies back, it tells you to visit tamatown.com to get your souvenir. ( My first generation tamagotchi didn't get an education because I didn't know you had to press A when it goes to school)
