LEADER: Stripekat; one-striped gray male
ASSISTANT: Tigerclaw; orange with stripes like a tigers', girl, also nurser
NURSER IN TRAINING: Doublestripe; ginger girl cat with two bold stripes
KITS: Strikerkat; black kit with markings like a "Z"
A soft paw touched his as Stripekat awoke. "It's time," Tigerclaw said, as she softly walked away to Doublestripe's nursery den. As soon as he heard this, he went to hunt to celebrate.
In the forest, he was thinking about what to get for his small clan. Mice or pigeons? and, at that moment, he spotted a family of 5 mice. He crouched, pounced, and walked home proudly with 5 mice hanging from his jaws.
Back at the Darknight Base, he came home only to hear a scream and then crying shortly after. Doublestripe came out and said, "A girl!" Stripekat was led into the den, watching his new spotted-kit being fed for the first time. "What shall we name her?" He saw the orange spots on his newborn kit. "Leopardkit," and just at that moment, like an echo, Tigerclaw repeated, "Leopardkit."
They ate their mice, and went on their patrol. Tigerclaw showed her kit how to hunt, and Doublestripe and Stripekat, along with her kit, Strikerkat, went on patrol.
